Being prepared and organized keeps me sane in almost every aspect of my life. Today, for instance, my friend's daughter was coming to the studio to have formal portraits done in her basketball uniform. It was a great season for the Stanley Blue Devil Middle School Team! A near win in the finals is exciting at any age but especially for that first year on a middle school team. It was therefore important to me to capture this moment in her life (as with many others in her lifetime!) with pictures that were as special as the season. After much thought and internet research I was ready with some ideas that would be fantastic. "Where's your ball Beth?" I say.
"Oh Oh", says she.

So much for prepared! But in the ever-changing, fast paced world of photography it is essential to be able to roll with the punches, adapt quickly, and pull off the perfect picture while appearing in control. Have a look at
